My role entails conducting comprehensive research to inform project strategies and prioritizing manufacturability during product design. I provide end-to-end support, from concept to manufacturing-ready solutions, utilizing rendering techniques to effectively communicate designs. I meticulously select components and materials to meet project requirements and cost constraints, managing international and domestic sourcing to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Negotiating with vendors, I secure favorable terms and timely delivery. I implement mechanical design principles, leveraging 3D printing for rapid iteration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to quality standards.
I spearheaded the entire medical device development lifecycle, from conceptualization to production, ensuring adherence to ISO and FDA regulations. Prioritizing aesthetics, ergonomics, and manufacturability, I generated detailed engineering designs and fabricated prototypes to uphold optimal functionality and quality standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I streamlined production and resolved technical issues. Utilizing 3D modeling and rendering software, I visualized designs and produced product animations to illustrate functionality. Additionally, I designed graphics for presentations and packaging, while managing component sourcing both domestically and internationally.
